KATMAJ Consulting & Trading is a team of professionals with many years of experience in international management, global trading and product development. We have worked with small private companies as well as with big multi-national corporations. We have build up sales channels and introduced products into the East European market as well as helped in preparing, developing and changing products for the specific local market. We are experienced in sourcing "build to order" / "engineered to order" products for the industry as well as auditing existing suppliers in the "low cost region" East Europe.  Maciej held a diploma from the DAG College Of Commerce (1995- 1997, Herford, GERMANY) and a degree in Business Economics from the "Berufskolleg Friedrich List" (1999 - 2002, Herford, GERMANY). In 2005 he past the Six Sigma Black Belt certification training (by George Group Consulting - USA) In the past he was working as Managing Director / Director Operations (2009 - 2012, XYLEM Inc. - PCI Membranes Poland / PCI Group), Operations Manager (2007 - 2009, ITT Corporation - WEDECO Poland), he has done projects in Lean Management / Change Management / Process Optimization as Six Sigma Black Belt (2004 - 2007, ITT Corporation - WEDECO Germany), led / worked in departments like Purchasing / Car Pool Management (2000 - 2004, WEDECO AG, GERMANY) and Commercial Order Processing / Export / Int. Logistic (1997 - 2000, WEDECO GmbH, GERMANY). |
